Coney Island Brewing Co. Hard Root Beer
Root Beer has always been a
popular favorite, and some of the brewers have been getting in on its
popularity by brewing hard root beer. Which is Beer that is like a root beer.
The Coney Island Brewing Co. in Brooklyn New York has jumped to and brewed Hard
Root Beer, 5.8% ABV. Hard Root Beer pours a light black color with a one and a
half finger of bubbly white head that quick fades into a thin white ring. The
aroma is sweet with vanilla and licorice. I found they’re to be not much light
coming through, but I did see a little bit of the carbonation there. This hard
root beer tastes what you expect it to taste like. There are plenty of vanilla
flavors with nice licorice and some birch flavors as well. This Coney Island
Hard Root Beer is a little better than Not Your Fathers Root Beer. The mouth
feel is light to medium, and has a nice sweet smooth finish with a sweet after
taste that leaves you wanting more. I loved this one and it’s an A+. This is
easy drinking and refreshing with just the right amount of sweetness. But I
think if you drink six the flavor becomes a bit too much and you’d want to
switch to a different kind of beer. But not bad to drink a few of these though,
I highly recommend having Coney Island Hard Root Beer. Cheers! Please enjoy
responsibly!
