Mateo & Bernabé 11 Bernabé Golden Ale

I have searched out and found 2015 beer label of the year, from Spain, Mateo & Bernabé (Logroño La Rioja) and this is 11 Bernabé Golden Ale 6.0% ABV. This golden ale pours a golden copper color with a massive five-finger head that never seem to fade, but when it finally does thick lovely lacing is left behind. The aroma is a little sweet with fruit but has a bright aroma about it. Taste is very much similar to it’s own aroma with sweet fruity flavor with faint hints of yeast. The mouth feel is on the higher side of a medium feel. It has a nice citric finish with a nice bit less sweet after taste with nice fruity flavors. This beer is a nice drinkable yet refreshing beer. It’s an A beer. It has good flavors to it without over doing it or by not have enough. It balanced in the middle, but the after taste fades a bit to quick, but that doesn’t kill it. Mateo & Bernabé 11 Bernabé Golden ale is well done all around. Yes I love the label on the bottle. I do recommend trying this beer. It’s good! Cheers! Please enjoy responsibly!
