I love the local beer in North Carolina especially here in Charlotte. There is lot of different breweries and more popping up each month. I have not had much from the Triple C Brewing Co. but I have their Golden Boy Blonde Ale, 4.5% ABV. I really like the color combination on the sixteen-ounce can, with blue and sliver background with golden letters. Golden Boy Blonde Ale pours a gold color with a creamy four finger white head that has really great retention and leaves behind ropey white lacing. The aroma is sweet with malts and slight fruits and just the faintest of hop notes mixed in. Taste is wonderfully tasty with sweetness, malted notes and some nice fruitiness that is followed by a very faint hop noted that goes along nice with the other flavors. The mouth feel is fuller for a beer that you would think is light. The finish is nice, crisp, with a faint hop touch. The after taste is refreshing and smooth with a malted flavor along with slight fruit that lingers just enough. This Golden Boy Blonde Ale is a good beer, A+ here. I enjoy every sip from the first to the last and I would definitely go back for another. I highly recommend Triple C Brewing Co. Golden Boy Blonde Ale. It’s a good beer for the warm months or anytime of the year. Cheers! Please enjoy responsibly!
